Meeting Minutes

Wednesday, December 17, 2008,  3:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. ET

NOTE:  The meeting was conducted "live" on the Wiki and all participating Committee members participated via conference call.

The Chair and Betsy Fanning announced the results of the December 15, 2008 ballot for submission of PDFUA as a new work item (NWI) to ISO. PDF/UA was approved for submission as a new work item with 13 ballots returned by members of the PDF/UA working group and the US TAG to TC 171 with 12 affirmative and one abstention with numerous comments.

MG noted that the PDF/UA draft comprised 11 "shoulds" and 130 "shalls" as indicated by Acrobat search.

Address Action Items

 The working group began a review of the comments submitted with the ballot. Working group completed this review of all comments submitted with the December 15, 2008 ballot during today's meeting. Changes will be submitted to the AIIM technical editor for incorporation into the draft to be submitted as New Work Item.

Wrap up, set schedule through the end of March, 2009.

Next meeting January 7, 2009 3:00 pm Eastern time. The discussion of the schedule of further meetings has been deferred until then.
