(DJ minuted the meeting in GP's absence)
We rethought the Tables section and otherwise reviewed and tweaked about 1/3 of the overall draft. Specific changes are recorded in the wiki's history for each page. The question (and content related to) of the proposed algorithm for handling table structures has been moved to this page for development with the goal of inclusion to 32000:

We'll address this question after November 11.
On Monday, we need to complete this review such that the document is deliverable by the end of the meeting.
Without appendices, the present draft is fewer than 13 pages, maybe fewer than 11. (I did a rough scraping to estimate this).
Committee members wishing to participate should review the pages listed in the Table of contents from "Introduction" thorough "Security", and ideally, make Comments on those pages indicating proposed changes.
