Review changes to PDF/UA changes for ISO 32000-2

Chair instructed GP to note those sections that require updated references to PDF/UA

Continue work on remaining subsections

Tables

Action Item: Tables section must be updated with references to ISO 32000

NS: There is an issue with the algorithm the working group has recommended to catch the common case
to walk up in Roman fashion to catch the Headings and when you get to a data cell you stop. The issue

FE: The reason all the headings are not collected is for headings in the middle of the table that divide the
the table. Go up to encounter headers, if you encounter data cells you stop.

NS: A standard table won't have headers in the middle but could have several headers at the top.

When headings are not explicitly defined, then this algorithm can be applied as the default table algorithm. This
derives from the HTML approach to tables.

Proper description is the phrase "In a direction opposite to the inherent directionality of the script".

ISO 32000 leaves undefined the manner in which headers are associated with table entries if the header attribute is not set.

Tables Section is now complete.
