The December 17 meeting was not held. The meeting
of December 5 was the last business meeting. These are the minutes
being approved.

Review Action Items, progress indicators
DJ updated the action items with input from the responsible individuals

Continue review of specification subsections
Discussion of the relationship of standard tags, the PDDOM and how the structure gets conveyed to Assistive Technology took place.
Andres Gonzalez helped clarify some points on how conforming PDF readers interact with Assistive Technology to convey this information.

DJ initiated a discussion pertinent to the treatment of headers and footers artifacts and similar constructs. An approach was added to the spec so that these constructs should not be excluded from AT.  An attribute scheme for treating artifacts was proposed.
