ACTION ITEM:  LR will write and post on the Wiki a brief lay guide to "actual text, what it is, how it works"

MathML

ACTION ITEM:  NS to change MATHML page(s) and Appendix to link to the MathML spec.  The Attribute table will be broken up per tag. There will be a section for attributes that are common to all tags.  The Unit Identifier section shall be removed.

Annotations
