WCAG 2.0

Other than ensuring that it's a normative reference, should we / how would we harmonize with this standard?  Should PDF/UA develop an Application Note with a guide to seeing PDF/UA through WCAG eyes?  What is our next move with respect to WCAG, if any?  Do we need/want to harmonize the Language Direction item with WCAG?
