Issue 1 - Testing the Standard

Risks of not testing the standard prior to final approval.

If testing is determined necessary, delay of testing could delay publication. Dennis Newman will participate in this discussion.

The PDF/A Competence Center is developing a test suite.  Organizations in Germany may take-on the responsibilities for testing.  NIST in the US may also be a candidate. 

Action:  Need to determine who will do the testing of Part 2 and the schedule for such testing.  Testing would entail using the draft Part 2 to develop software that can create PDF/A-2 files.
